    Ordered two shocks from two different sellers which turned out to be the same seller and poss’ Chinese based as customer service is GMT +2. Supplied vehicle details via ebay but seller wanted me to give these again which added a day plus one further day for them to tell me the part fitted. Ended up taking 6 days to arrive and came with other sellers shock which is still showing as order being prepared. Communication could be better.

    Item as described. Well packed. Received in 7 days. Ebay and Seller confirmed it would fit my car. Easy to fit. Shame the Evri courier left it two doors away and the stroppy neighbour wouldn't answer her ring doorbell, despite her and her family being in. Finally got the job done when the second one (from another seller, as both only had 1 left) arrived 5 days later.
