I documented how the item was missing the Ford part number and the foam in the corner as all the others from Motorcraft have. I showed how the packaging was also not the OEM. eBay overruled my evidence and claimed that the part was OEM. I don't like how eBay ignored the evidence and sided with the seller instead of preventing more buyers from using this vendor. Caveat Emptor!
