Personally the material could be thicker, it is very light weight, possibly material you would normally cover an umbrella in, however it is water repellent as described and arrived very swiftly and I guess if the material was considerably thicker it would effect the sellers postage costs, however having said that I would be prepared to pay a little more for thicker material. Perfect as a dust cover but not pet proof.
