It arrived about a week after purchase, which I thought was quite speedy, and it's working perfectly. All the necessary cables were included, as well as a working remote control. I'm usually hesitant to buy electronics online, but this one is great and was reasonably priced. Thanks so much for a positive shopping experience!

Vender did communicate well and worked with me on the price and shipping cost. Unit & OEM box came packed in a shipping box with plenty of padding to make the trip without damage. Truly appreciate that, although I am not a fan of FedEx! This will be a bday gift to one of my sons for his home theater. I did test the 3500 when it arrived & all works perfectly.
