When they arrived the top of one boot was creased and folded over a bit from being packaged poorly. The other boot had a straight crease at the top and the fringes on both were a bit of a mess. I was able to straighten the crease of the messed up boot and the fringes on both by laying a heavy book on them over night. Please rethink the packaging on future shipments.
