I was very surprised, my plush came within a week of placing the order. It was packaged well and came with adorable freebies :) The item is as described and no major imperfections have been found. I gave my ppulbatu plush some steaming and he's good as new :) I hope to get more eventually~ Thank you for selling!!

It’s a delicate, thin glass that’s beautifully shaded and has a sophisticated sakura leaf pattern. Just gorgeous. It arrived in brand new condition in its original packaging and Starbucks box. The seller proactively contacted me about shipping notifications, too, which I really appreciated. My experience with this seller was excellent, and the item quality is top notch. I would highly recommend this seller.

I want to take a moment to really appreciate the shipping of item, I was especially worried because it was storming hard the day it was due to arrive. I was also worried about to post office shoving it into my tiny apartment mailbox. The packaging was AMAZING! Condition was AMAZING! Appearance and quality were immaculate! Great Value! Wish I got 2!

But, the photocard was slightly damaged because the packaging came a little damaged too. I think it happened during the shipping process, it wasn't the seller's fault. When I addressed it, the seller was very nice and understanding and accommodated to my request. I received a partial refund for that. It happened for the first time for both of us, so I felt bad. But, I will certainly buy from the again because of their customer service!
