Our product was being prepared for shipping the day we ordered it, and it was actually on its way the very next day. It arrived pretty quickly, it was brand new and well packaged in its original packaging. The controllers looked and worked exactly like ones made by Nintendo do, and seem to work just as well. We got a great price for them though, which made them a great value. Thanks for your service. We'll certainly buy from you again if we have need.
