But this seller simply dropped the ball in every way, well, almost every way. I purchased this item and paid for it promptly but never received the product nor did the seller communicate with me, despite attempts I made to communicate with them. I finally cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I'm happy to say they did not drop the ball on the refund. I hope they get their act together.
