The shipment was screwed up by an incompetent shipping agent (GOFO), and returned to sender. This caused a massive delay. I contacted the seller, and the shipment was expedited to me in record time. I am grateful for the diligence and professionalism showed by this awesome seller. I highly recommend Retalar Gemsmart. The sapphires were in perfect condition, appearance, and quality.
