The seller sent it promptly: however the USPS routed it for the past 3 weeks to multiple hubs ; back and forth. Thankfully I took more care in its packaging since it went on such a long journey to finally get to you! That is just one reason why I do pay such attention to carefully wrapping each purchase! There's just no way of knowing when a piece will get diverted, overlooked etc. Just very glad that you were able to finally receive your treasure & it was still in the condition that you wanted! That makes me :) #joyfound

The item did come in damaged but it was not the sellers fault but the delivery people and I got it resolved with fedex.
