Well... in conclution, I bought another golf bag , in GFore, but directly in GFore´s web site. Not in Ebay, that did not gave me support in any moment.

All this as the item was supposed to be “free shipping.” This is a problem with FedEx. They are basically charging both ends of the transaction for the same thing. eBay should not use FedEx.
