Elastic tops look promising. Just remember, you're gonna need a rain jacket reaching well below knees (or, "pvc rain pants"), my guess is a standard rain parka isn't gonna cut it here... all too often a rain parka won't cover your knees well (and these shoe covers won't either... I'm anticipating, "wet knees" w/ any inadequate arrangement). May be my, 'trial by fire' today, wish me luck!

The shipper/seller turned around and sent another so that the two of them ended up arriving within a day of each other! Great quality; Seller lost money on this transaction due to no fault of her own! :( Both arrived in perfect new condition. High quality. Great Value. Looks wonderful!
