This seller could improve order fulfilment speed: I placed the order on Wed, Jan 8--but the seller didn't generate a packing label for it until Mon, Jan 13, and it didn't actually get to USPS until Jan 14--that's 4 business days. Warranty and support included, returns accepted, but everything arrived working perfectly. The items took a little longer to ship than I had expected, but when I contacted the seller they were quick to respond.
