Only the packaging is brown cardboard. Received the 2-year warranty by email before it arrived. No manual in box, had to search on Ninja website to download it. Paper in box with link to download a manual didn't work, had to go to Ninja website and find it.

This was a heckuva deal for $70 even refurbed, its in the Exact Condition as if I paid the $145 that it goes for retail. The Clear Removable reservoir is convenient & useful! The option of using k-cups or grounds & hot or iced is Super Awesome! Its easy to use too, I honestly love it so far!

No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
