Tree came in great condition, looks healthy. packed well and doesn’t seem to have been banged around by USPS. Shipped in medium-sized black plastic pot with a moist potting mix of organic material (bark, soil, slow release fertilizer, etc). No care instructions included.

You can tell the tree was well cared for before shipping basked on the quality and appearance of the leaves and it was also packed very well. The tree arrived in far better condition then all the trees I’ve bought from that other well know fast growing site. I’d defiantly buy from this seller again. No notification it had shipped, no tracking, not response to several messages asking for a time frame so I could plan...I didn't know it was delivered until I tried to cancel and was told it had been the day before, it sat in the sun... by the time I found someone to go unbox/water it, it looked rough. It's survived, though still recovering.
