This will do exactly what it’s intended for. I suggest using this with dry wood. Tried splitting some wet wood. It was too difficult.

It appeared to be well made. In fact, it was bigger than I had expected which was a plus. I believe you get what you pay for. And this is well worth the money. It feels heavy and durable. I cannot wait to get a nice size log to mount it to. Overall I would recommend.

When we got it I had a professional bike mechanic tell me this was NOT a replacement for the battery we had as stated in the listing. I contacted the seller who insisted it was correct. It was not. Ultimately they took the return but I had to pay return shipping as they did not acknowledge there was an error on their part. Would not buy from this seller again. I did try to contact seller before leaving this review but I was never able to successfully send.
