You can buy the blue ones that last ~6 months, but they tend to be more expensive (and I don't mean each, I mean they tend to cost more than 3 of these 2-month use ones). It's not much work to change them out, so I don't mind doing it more often if I can save a few bucks.

It was protected with heavy wrapping to keep the condition new and the quality intact. It was an open box product but the seller did a great job in protecting the item during the shipping. I would buy from seller again. Truly a great value price wise.

It was still wrapped in plastic with all instruction manuals and warranty information inside. The price I paid from this seller was much less than a lot of other places I looked, great deal! They shipped the machine in its original box so It did get beat up in shipping, but that didn't affect the inside or the contents at all. Everything was intact! All 10 heads were intact and floating around in box but were sealed. So not really a problem for me as I can store them in my old box. Think your description should read that the box may be damaged. Great price!
