But I believe the ad said it was only missing a plastic cover for the wire at the base of the vacuum. But the vacuum was missing the main filter in the chamber, missing the brush attachment for the wand, missing the plastic mount for the wand extension and missing the wand extension. Fortunately I was replacing my old vacuum which is the same and I was able to use the parts. Otherwise it would be useless.. works very nice now.
