Bearings on the pulley were worn out, ended up using the pulley and plug off my old ac compressor. It did have a new spray paint job that was flaking off as I installed it. Then he said it was installed and he used his old parts to fix it and no evidence and no pictures, now he wants a discount or he's going to leave a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, threatening. Reported him to eBay.
