But that wasnt the case. The seller responded quick and accomodating. They did not offer a refund, like some sellers do, but instead sent out the second controller as soon as possible. The intercontinental shipment arrived in less than a week for no extra money paid. I was very satisfied with the perfect condition of the product as well as the professional handling of the matter!

I returned the item to the seller in the original box immediately, with all of the original packaging, but the seller did not refund the full purchase price. In fact, the Seller kept $185.75 despite receiving everything back in the original packaging.
