I've left neutral feedback because the items (MIRRORS!) were very poorly & inadequately packed - not individually packed, just put in a box side by side (nothing in-between them to protect them,) with a small amount of brown paper packing down the other side. Contacted the seller, the response was "the way they pack their items allows them to be competitve on price!" Fortunately, they were undamaged and the seller did offer to take them back
