I have received few packages that arrived so quickly, I don't think the tree lost a single leaf! Seller was very communicative and responded to my messages right away. The tree in person is way better than the pictures!! Description and everything was accurate, seller even was kind enough to send me more pictures of the plant. The plant was secured to the inside of packaging so that it didn't get damaged in transit. Great value!

Received the plant poorly packaged. No bubble wrap or anything, just an empty toilet paper tube inside a cardboard box. Jade plant arrived damaged with broken limbs. Reached out to seller and she was not friendly, in fact quite mean. Calling me a liar and stating I should've asked questions about the vase before buying plant.
