    Seller made many efforts to appease which is very much appreciated. But still the fact remains that there was damaged to the clamps during shipping. Those responsible for shipping need to be ship in a box and not plastic bag in my opinion. Again, still a quality product with a good price.

    This company an I didn’t see eye to eye in the beginning however we talked an agreed to get things better for each of us a business!!! With that being said I’d say this company is fantastic a great to do business with because they do care an do all that possible to demonstrate that!!!     This was one of those funny wierd transactions! the seller contacted me stating they didn't have the item purchased and wanted to substitute and different version, like same thing only different? I replied and told them I bought and made the original purchase because thats what I wanted. Then the replied back and said they found some of the original and were sending me twice as much??? I only needed about a foot or so! now I have 19 feet I have no use for! LOL!
