They must either work with the factory directly or are the factory. Customer service was great, and worth 5 stars alone. If the lights do not work as they should, as often aftermarket products from China do, the seller is quite responsive and will work with you to resolve the issue until it is fixed. Lights themselves are incredibly bright. Red accents only show up when unlocking car, or setting to fogs.
