My purchase of this album was brand new and that is what I got. No disappointment there. I am careful about the price that I am willing to pay so this fit my budget. The album looks nice. It comes on 6 dics that are contained in a nice cardboard case with tasteful cover images. Alex Lifeson's guitar prowess is amazing and that just 3 musicians can make that much sound is staggering.
