He also told me that he would send me a refund, which I did not get. He seemed concerned more about my feedback but, I can't leave good feedback on an item I didn't get. I will be glad to remove any negative feedback, should a refund show up. I am giving this person 2 stars due to the emails he sent me, on his explanation.
