The battery was flat when I opened the box and the USB-C connector is a bit finicky, takes a bit of patience to get the box to plug correctly and charge, but other than that, everything was perfect and I know that’s a manufacturer’s issue and not the seller’s fault.

Unit finally arrived 2 days earlier than the original UPS estimated. Unit was self packaged and in perfect condition in its own shipping box.
