I took it out of the package and the skin was wrinkled and creased. I notified the seller and he suggested I iron it. The seller was unresponsive in trying to reach a settlement.

I expected a delay because of my changes to the original design & the fact that they are shipping from India. But I received them within a week of purchasing. The jackets that I received were very soft & exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this seller!
