Unfortunately, the left shoe (EU41) was too tight, so I had to return for a refund as they didn't have a EU42 in stock. I quickly received a refund. I could not be at home for the first two attempted deliveries, so I rearranged for Royal Mail to drop to local PO. They lost it. After a month of trying they couldn't find it. I notified the seller alerting to the situation and she addressed it immediately - found more of the items and sent them that same evening at no charge and it arrived so fast, I thought it was another delivery! *Phenomenal* service, a genuine pleasure.
