This Stratus Cordless with Clean Sense it by far my favorite. I have 5 other Shark vacuums from the larger models like the lift aways to the corded stick vacuums but this is by far my fav!! Buying it refurbished for half the price is an amazing deal!

Rollers don't clean themselves as well as I expected, but I just check them after each use to make sure they haven't clogged. Wish manufacturers still included manuals with them, I have no luck getting my phone to scan whatever those little square things are called and the link to download it to wouldn't work. Finally found a youtube video for my model that showed how to get to all the filters to clean them. Very happy with my purchase.

That being said this one is missing the odor neutralizer.. After a lot of back and forth communication the seller offered a discount.  otherwise, the vacuum cleaner works very well, as expected and is an upgrade from our previous cordless Stratos. Overall satisfied with transaction. We will be back to buy again from the store.

No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
