It arrived as clean as new, well packaged for shipment. The Shark Stratos is far above the Chinese vacuums in quality and performance. I bought one from Amazon and it was the most powerful suction of all for sale but it actually was terrible at picking up regular dust or dirt. It has a rubber flap that supposedly gets pulled open when on but gets even small bits of dirt lodged in the opening and then causes a fault.

The appearance looks brand new, which is amazing for a refurb. I gave this a 4* because of Shark. I've been a Shark/Ninja buyer for years and I see why they discontinued this model, as it doesn't stand on it's own. I knew that when I bought it, it's replacing an older shark model with a dead battery.

Although the blender was completely dead on arrival. No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
