I've purchased badges before that looked great in the pictures but not so great in person. The customer service was excellent. I received quick responses when asking questions about the products. My only regret is that I haven't attended yet so I don't have any pictures to share...yet.

I ordered it on 10/17 and received it on 10/21-10/22. The quality is superb, way better than I anticipated; and the costume material definitely is not cheap! Would definitely use this seller again if needed in the near by future.
