I did not realize the commercial context/urgency, however I treat every order with presumption of urgency. As I said earlier, privately, I did damage part (cleaning/shipping); and initially tried to replace (supplier with similar model). Agree it was a mistake not to comm.I raise two kids alone. One in hospital (unplanned). Typical: replace + ship (expedited) 1-2 days.
