It's a shame that they weren't packaged better so that the other two had not shattered. While I am disappointed, the seller described the items correctly and shipped them quickly. When I reached out about the broken cups, they responded and quickly refunded the cost of those items. One has a slightly smaller/tippy base, but that is not due to anything from the seller and not a show-stopper. Communication was solid and they got here quickly. Packing was outstanding--no way these were getting broken! All-in-all, a great transaction with zero issues.

Price couldn't be beat and shipping was reasonable, especially considering how much work went into the packaging. Will definitely buy from again if they carry this pattern again!
