Seller would not negotiate at least a savings that they would have had to pay for me to return it. Seller wouldn’t negotiate and didn’t seem to read my messages thoroughly.

Customer service responded immediately and shipped not just a 150 replacements, but an entire bag of 1000, and it got here FAST. THIS is a great example of exceeding customer expectations. THIS is a great example of emulating the "GOLD STANDARD" of customer experience. They now have a "customer for life". THANK YOU SO MUCH! RECOMMENDED VENDOR!!! A+++++
