Then I contacted them and they said they would make it and send it. Then they said they sent it and provided a tracking number. The tracking number shows it was delivered to a different CITY!!!! I have never had a worse experience on Ebay.

Although it took awhile for me to get this item the packaging and shipping seemed to be good. I only had two problems one was that of smell the item which I ask the seller about and got no reply, but I was able to handle it. My dress is absolutely perfect, but what really shines is the spectacular customer service I received. I had ordered a dress from somewhere else, but it ended up being a scam, so I was very worried about getting something else in time for my wedding. I messaged this seller to see if they could make my dress fast enough and get it to me in time, and they pulled in extra workers to get it done for me!! Very responsive and kept me calm when I was so worried. Wonderful!!
