I can't emphasize this enough!! Seriously, eggs could have survived the shipping it was packed so well! Item was as described. Very happy with purchase and seller! I'm looking for other Japanese items and will check this place first. Communication was great! Don't hesitate in purchasing from this seller. No problems at AT ALL! They shipped really fast, and were very carefully packaged (in nearly a cubic meter of bubble wrap and newspaper). The seller tucked little pieces of padding through each hole in the carving so that even though the outer box looked like it had come through a battle, there was absolutely no damage to the delicate parts of the carving. This is a wonderful seller!

Fast international shipping despite FedEx issues misdirecting it through the same hubs, numerous times, across the US over the last week & a half . I can only assume FedEx did this as an attempt to test the true meaning of the word "fragile" the seller printed on all sides of the package. I would buy from this seller again.

I will be buying from this store again.
