The stem failed to enter the bowl of the pipe in a centred position and the smoothed finish on the pipe was almost non existent. When I asked for a replacement they claimed the pipe matched the description exactly, refused a replacement and accused me of being malicious in my comments. I asked eBay to step in - They listened, investigated and arranged a full refund which went into my account quickly. I DO NOT recommend this Company.
