Showed it to a few Coin Dealers like the Seller asked me to do and they all agreed that there is some kind of glue like substance on it that makes it look like a Lamination Error like I told the Seller when I first received the coin but they didn't want to hear that. They did not offer to give me a Refund and had plenty of time to do so. I did not have a good Experience when contacting the Seller.
