Unfortunately the one problem was..upon my recieving the item, the factory forgot to include the disc. I notified the seller, sent the wrapping, case back to them upon request. The seller apologized for this mishap (not their fault but the factory) and sent me a refund. Despite the outcome everything else was fine. I appreciate the seller's help. Very kind. It’s very pretty, and just the right size to carry my essentials in. It is, however, exactly as the seller described and came in the original Chanel box, which is always a nice touch. They packed it very well & I received it fairly quickly & had no issues with the seller at all. It was a very smooth transaction and I always appreciate that. I would recommend this seller.
