He did not ship out my item in a timely manner. I ordered on a Wednesday night and tracking showed it did not move until the next Wednesday 7 days later. ALL THIS WAITING IN 100+ DEGREE HEAT. After 3 days on a Saturday I asked where was the compressor at and he said it will be shipped Mon - BUT NOT SHIPPED MON - so he he lied!!! There are other complaints about seller doing this. We did offer his money back multiple times before the 4th of July week as we knew ahead of time the compressor would be shipped at a later date, but still they insisted they could wait for the part. Regardless we are terribly sorry for the delay as customer satisfaction is our top priority.

I highly recommend Cold Works AC. I will definitely use them again in the future. Communication, quick reply to questions before and after purchase, everything overall was very positive. My E30 project is almost complete now.

And of course the rebuild of my compressor was perfect. In total it was about 2 weeks from me shipping them my compressor from Rhode Island to California,them to rebuild it, ship it back and now back in my car. My AC is now ice cold and the compressor runs very quiet on the belt.
