Ultimately, USPS had damaged the well packed item, I would say per typical industry standards, in fact he package was label "fragile handle with care" (it looked a though it may have gotten caught in some machinery, it looked as though USPS may have inspected the damaged item, but sent the item on anyway as they put new tape on the outside), it was a bummer but "things happen"!1962 International Trucks IHC Scout 4x4 4x2 Pricing Mailer Original (#313282672250)
