The tea box (rather flimsy cardboard, which they all are), was shipped in a padded envelope, and got kind of crushed in the mailing and delivery process, but I don't know what you can do about that ... unless you ship the these items in big, strong boxes, with lots of padding, which seems rather ridiculous, and the shipping costs would be way higher.
