Electrical_bargain explained that not all packages contain brackets but they would send me some if I needed them. Three days later brand new brackets delivered without charge. I highly recommend this vendor.

The description said "Box opened but unused" so I was concerned that some bits might be missing or it might have some scratches but decided to risk it. The package arrived two days later and the way it was packaged it didn't even look like it had been opened before. Everything was there in perfect condition.
