From time to time the pump stops for a couple seconds and restarts. I thought maybe it was the built in blockage protection but the inlet is clear.

I suggested that they packing the next one in a well packed cardboard box since they are easily damaged when shipped in a padded envelope. Instead they just gave me a refund. I would like to have had another one shipped in a better container but they opted for a refund.
