The card was shipped out quickly but shipping time was hindered due to customs, however, the seller was great at responding to my questions and exhibits great customer service. The delayed shipping was out of their control. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone looking to buy Japanese Pokemon cards!

It had noticeable surface scratches on the card even though it was described as "NM Condition" - After contacting the seller they promptly apologized and refunded 20% of the card back to me. It was a little disappointing getting a scratched card and right on the pokemon too, but besides that it was a positive experience with this seller and I would still recommend them! :)
