The shipping label was created 2 days after I ordered but sat 2 days before and 2 days after the holiday on the shelf. When I asked about it they said it will ship today or tomorrow. Then got rude about it because i asked why it sat for days ans nobody sent it out. And of course the rebuild of my compressor was perfect. In total it was about 2 weeks from me shipping them my compressor from Rhode Island to California,them to rebuild it, ship it back and now back in my car. My AC is now ice cold and the compressor runs very quiet on the belt.
