I'm not sure if you've purchased something different, or what it is exactly you were expecting to receive, as the item sent was exactly as it should be as per the listing. The item description clearly states that the topper is made with 250gsm red glitter card, all sizes etc as well as the photos corresponding with this information, and this is what you received.

Only fault would be is that as a cake topper, it could have done with the back and front being coloured. I ordered red and it was white on the back so when taking photos, the white side showed. Fab customer service.
