They accepted the offer the next day after I bought the weights so I was charged 2x. I asked them to not ship and they sent them anyways after ONLY the label was created. They waited days to respond saying they had already shipped sorry. I asked to send them back for a refund and have yet to get a response and that was a week or 2 ago.

Although shipping was "free", I'm giving only 4 stars due to it taking 9 days to arrive. I wasn't expecting 2 or 3 days for free, but the USPS seems to really take their time moving packages through the system. The packing box was slightly damaged, but the inner box with the weights was repairable.
