I received 2 forks in my personal silver pattern at a GREAT price and arrived within days. They company described the pieces exactly as they were. They needed to be polished and when I polished them the pieces look like new. Also, The company shipped both pieces together to save me extra dollars. I could not ask for a better company to work with. THANK YOU!

My original order was canceled with no explanation, then messaged me she found transfer, then added extra $5.71 to the price. Communication went unanswered, slow or vague. Item arrived late, poorly packaged, missing the applicator, and with the product exposed due to a missing cap. I received a refund $5.71 after confronting the price difference, but overall, this showed little care or professionalism.
